Change or cancel your reservation
The unique concept of our Stůl Restaurant allows us to seat only 12 guests, so we’ve designed a system to ensure every seat is filled. Please keep in mind that 5 days prior to your reservation you will receive an email asking you permission to place a hold on a deposit of CZK 1,500 per person on your card. Please block the funds no later than 24 hours after receiving the notification email.
If you cancel your reservation at least 48 hours before your visit, your deposit will be fully refunded to your card. Deposits will also be refunded if you arrive on the scheduled date and time of your booking. If you fail to cancel your reservation on time or do not arrive on the scheduled date and time, the deposit will be charged to your card. We will call you 5 days before your booking to confirm the details and ask about any allergies, food intolerances or preferences, so we can properly prepare for your visit.
